All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Shipping Rates
Most products on our website offer free shipping. If you do purchase a product which includes a shipping fee that fee will be a calculated one of two ways:
- The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.
- A flat rate shipping fee is charged.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item on back order becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Refunds:
General Refund Policy:
The “General Refund Policy” applies to all products which do NOT have a specified return policy listed below. Please make sure your product does not have a specific refund policy before proceeding.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To request a return and refund please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to jetblackwholesale@gmail.com detailing the following
- Order#
- Full name listed on the order
- Reason for refund
DIY Static Tint Refund Policy:
- Refunds can be requested up to 7 days after the customer has received the order. All orders are tracked and the date of delivery date is recorded by Jet Black Supply.
- Jet Black Supply will respond to your refund request within five days of receiving your request. We may ask for pictures or documentation supporting your request for a refund.
- No refunds or replacement requests will be processed until the requester has provided picture evidence the DIY Static Tint they received has been destroyed. Each piece of window tint must be cut in half to ensure there is no opportunity for that film to be used. Customers should NOT destroy their film until it is verified they qualify for a refund.
- Upon meeting these guidelines, and if approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days from that moment in time.
- All refund requests for DIY Static Tint must be initiated by sending an email requesting a refund to jetblackwholesale@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order #
- Full name listed on order
- Reason for refund
